We charge a small daily amount from your Vinfoz wallet. You can top up your wallet anytime via UPI, bank transfer, or cash. If your balance runs low, you'll get a notification before any service interruption.

What is Lite?

Lite is the common starting plan for all businesses. It gives you basic billing, income & expense tracking, and GST compliance — enough to start selling and managing your money. When you need module-specific features, you can add IMS, SMS, or PMS.

Is there a registration fee?

No. There is no registration or setup fee on any plan — account creation, initial configuration, and onboarding are all included. You only pay the small daily rate, and you can start right away.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Lite to Plus or Pro at any time. The daily rate changes from the next billing day. Your data and settings carry over seamlessly.

Can I use multiple modules?

Absolutely. Each module (IMS, SMS, PMS) has its own Plus and Pro plans. You can subscribe to multiple modules — for example, IMS Plus + PMS Plus if you do both retail and manufacturing.

What happens when I hit a limit?

You'll get a notification when you're approaching your plan limits (items, customers, documents). You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase limits. Your existing data is never deleted.

Is there a free trial?

What happens if my wallet balance is low?
