This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Vinfoz subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
All subscription fees paid to Vinfoz are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused features, or periods during which your account remained active but was not used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew and no further charges will be made. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of that period.
We encourage you to evaluate Vinfoz using our free trial and demo options (including the FREE365 offer where applicable) before purchasing a paid plan, so you can confirm the Services meet your needs.
To cancel your subscription, contact our team using the details below, or use the cancellation option within your account where available. We will confirm your cancellation and the date your access ends.
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review verified billing errors and issue a correction or refund where appropriate.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
