It already speaks interior design

No workarounds, no "use the discount field for that". The words on your bill are the words in the software.

Project

Not an invoice. A job that runs for months, with its own stages, site and client.

Site

Site name, address and the person to call when your team reaches the gate.

Phases

Consultation, design, approval, procurement, execution, handover — or your own stages.

Measurement book

Measurements recorded against the work so the quantity billed is the quantity done.

Materials

What actually went into the project, drawn from your own stock.

Estimate

A costed estimate the client signs off before procurement begins.

Spreadsheets do not survive a live site

A project runs for months across a site, a workshop and a showroom. One shared sheet cannot hold that together.

Spreadsheets & site diaries

The estimate is in one spreadsheet, the site measurements in another, and the payments in a third — and none of them agree by month three.

Vinfoz

Estimate, measurements, materials and payments all hang off the same project, so there is one version of the number.

Spreadsheets & site diaries

When the client asks "what stage are we at?", somebody has to call the site supervisor to find out.

Vinfoz

The project carries its stage and a full timestamped history, so anyone in the office can answer immediately.

Spreadsheets & site diaries

Material bought for one site quietly gets used on another, and nobody notices until the project is closed.

Vinfoz

Materials are drawn against the project they were used on, so the cost lands where it belongs.

Spreadsheets & site diaries

You know the project was profitable only after it ends — and only approximately.

Vinfoz

Costs and billing sit against the project as it runs, so the margin is visible while you can still act on it.

Everything an interior design studio runs on

Billing, stock, customers and accounts — one system, not four.

Projects, not invoices

A project runs for months with its own stages, client, site and team — modelled properly instead of being squeezed into an invoice.

Site details

Site name, address and contact recorded against the project, so the team always knows where they are going and who to ask for.

Phases and stages

Move a project through consultation, design, approval, procurement, execution and handover — or rename them to match how your studio works.

Measurement book

Record measurements against the work so what you bill is what was actually done, not a figure someone remembered.

Estimates and approval

Build a costed estimate, revise it, and record the client's approval before procurement starts.

Materials from stock

Material used on a project comes out of your inventory and attaches to that project's cost.

Assign designers

Put a project — or a phase of it — on a designer, and see what each person is carrying.

Advances and balance

Track what was quoted, what the client has paid so far, and what is still due, per project.

Project profitability

Outstanding, order-summary and profit reports so you know which projects made money and which clients owe you.

Client-ready documents

Print an estimate, a quotation or a full statement for the client without assembling it by hand.

Real double-entry books

Every material, payment and settlement posts to a proper ledger your auditor can follow.

Works on site

The Vinfoz Tap app puts projects, stages and collections on a phone, on the same live data as the office.

One project, consultation to handover

The stages your work actually moves through, not a generic invoice.

STEP 1

Consultation

Open the project against the client, record the site, and capture what they want.

STEP 2

Measure & cost

Take measurements and build a costed estimate from them.

STEP 3

Get approval

Send the estimate and record sign-off before any material is ordered.

STEP 4

Procure & execute

Draw materials against the project and move it through your stages as work progresses.

STEP 5

Handover

Bill the balance, settle the account, and close the project with its full history intact.

Interior Design Software — questions

Can it handle projects that run for months?

Yes — that is the point. A project is a first-class thing in Vinfoz with its own stages, client, site, team and cost history, rather than an invoice that has to be reopened. It stays open for as long as the work takes.

Can I use my own project stages?

Yes. The interior design template starts you with consultation, design phase, approved, procurement, execution and handover, and you can rename them, reorder them or replace them entirely to match how your studio works.

Does it record site measurements?

Yes. The measurement book records measurements against the work so the quantity you bill is the quantity actually done, instead of relying on someone's notes.

Can I track material used per site?

Yes. Material drawn for a project comes out of your inventory and attaches to that project, so cost lands on the right job and stock stays accurate.

Can I bill the client in stages with advances?

Yes. Each project shows what has been quoted, what the client has paid and what is still outstanding, so staged billing and advances are tracked properly rather than remembered.

We do interiors and construction both. Do we need two systems?

No. One account can run several order types side by side, each with its own labels, fields and stages — so interiors and construction projects live together without either being forced into the other's shape.

Does it work on site, on a phone?

Yes. The Vinfoz Tap app on Android and iOS gives your team the project, its stage and collections on the same live data the office sees.

What does it cost?

Vinfoz starts at ₹6 per day and you can start free — see the pricing page for the plan that suits a design studio.
